&#60;p&#62;Might be me, but don't be afraid of bringing Glide for any spots that bother you during training runs, and not sure if you have tried one before (if you haven't don't bother) but a racebelt is nice for the number.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Bring some toilet paper to the race, as the port a potty's will run out.&#60;br /&#62;
Know what the race offers as far as nutrition and plan accordingly.  Know where each fuel station will be.  You don't want to try a new brand of gel on the race course&#60;br /&#62;
If there is a place to check a bag, bring some dry/ change clothes.&#60;br /&#62;
Sunscreen&#60;br /&#62;
