Multi Sport Coaching


Endurance and Multi Sport Coaching Plans begin with consultation and assessment of previous performance, if any. Goal setting session and annual training plans are developed to meet an athletes’ needs and restrictions. Plans are made weekly,  to permit plans adaptability based on performance and life events. All athletes are required to train with a heart rate monitor. All Athletes are provided an account through TrainingPeaks, to allow for communication. Email contact is unlimited, and weekly phone calls chart progress.

Advanced plans and programs can include Power based training, and workout prescribed for CompuTrainer based indoor cycling.

Heart Rate only programs – $185/ month ($200 startup  fee) (discounts for individuals receiving other services from Solis).  $150/ month, if paid in a three month block.  These are for athletes of all levels, but will be based solely on heart rate training based workouts.

Power Analysis and program development – starting at $225 ($250 startup  fee).  This service is $200/month if paid in three month blocks.  This program will include athlete power analysis and usage of WKO software.

Additional Services include CompuTrainer usage and testing

CompuTrainer Workout Session Fees

Pre-Set 3-D course – $60/ hour

Customized Course – $75/ hour * customized course also require knowledge of Threshold Wattage.  If this information is not known, a wattage test must be performed in advance, and included in the hourly rate
