Keith Cook

Off to T1
Keith Cook – Keith is an athlete who began in multi sport in approximately 2004. He has participated and coached athletes from sprint to Iron Distance races, and runners from 5K to marathon. Keith was a member of the Rutgers Men’s track and field team during college, participating in the 400m sprint. Keith has developed and established an introductory course for triathletes at Rutgers University that runs each Spring. Keith has a life with full time career outside of triathlon and understands the challenges of balancing life, work and sport. Keith’s philosophy to training is “you cannot finish, what you don’t start.”
